Permissions : (Only Admin can do but Cashier and Manager cannot do)
Navigate to the above Path and under "Create Tickets On" in Sale Channel Configurations, Select Save.

If "Print all tickets from this device" toggle is enabled, only the device it is activated on will print all KOTs.
If "Print all tickets from this device" toggle is turned on for a device, that device should function as the primary system with the printers.

Check if the Ticket Group is created with your configuration.
It means whenever any item/category is missing in any KOT group then it will be printed via the Default group.
If not then add the printer by clicking on the + icon.
Give a test print after logging out and logging in.
After trying that, if print is not coming then go to printer settings in the system settings.
Manage printer: Print test page
Open queue: clear
Open queue - click printer - disable pause printing
Try giving test print
If the printer is still not working, connect with the IT technician.
