How to add a Printer?

Permissions: (All Users)
Path: POS > Printers

Connecting printer locally

  1. Click on "Printers" in POS Module

  2. Click on the Plus(+) Icon and Select Local - If the printer is locally connected to the System or via USB.

  3. Select the printer from the list and click on the tick to save.

  4. Click on the printer Icon for Test Printer

  5. Make the printer Default.



Connecting printer via IP address

  1. Click on Network If the Printer is connected via IP Address

  2. Enter the IP address and click on Tick to save.

  3. Click on the printer Icon for Test Printer


Always open "Control Panel" to check if the Printer is online or not.
If the printer is offline or any error is showing in the printer status then connect with the IT technician
