Bill Not Printing?

Step: 1 Check if the Printer is working properly.

Permissions - (Manager and Admin can do but Cashier cannot do)
Path - POS >> Printers

Under Printer Module
Click on the printer Icon for a test print.





After  trying that, if print is not coming then go to printer settings in the system settings.


  • Manage printer: Print test page

  • Open queue: clear

  • Open queue - click printer - disable pause printing

  • Try giving test print





If the printer is still not working, connect with the IT technician.

Step:2 If the Printer is working but Bill is not printing

Permissions - (Manager and Admin can do but Cashier cannot do)
Path - Settings Module > Sale Channel > Edit
  1. Navigate to the above path,

  2. Check the value of “Bill copies on close” in Sales Channel Settings (Should not be 0)
