My KOT is printing from the wrong printer!

Step 1: When KOT is getting printed in the Wrong Printer

Permission: (Manager and Admin can do but Cashier cannot do)

Path: POS > Preferences > Ticket Groups > Edit
  • Check if Printer is mapped with the KOT group

  • Check if the printers are correct



Step 2 -When Categories are Wrongly Selected?

Permission: (Manager and Admin can do but Cashier cannot do)

Path: POS > Preferences > Ticket Groups > Edit
  • Confirm the categories are selected properly under " Select Categories" in the ticket group.
