Notification not coming?

Step:1 Check notification rule?

Permissions: Admins Only
Path: Settings Module > Notification Rules 
  1. Navigate to the above path
  2. Check if the notification rule is created. If not then click on + Icon to create a notification rule
  3. Select "Online Order Notification" in Notification Type



Make sure you branch is selected in notification rule


Step:2 Allow Rista app in your windows firewall!

Path: Control Panel\System and Security\Windows Defender Firewall

  1. Navigate to the above path to open Windows Firewall.
  2. Click on "Allow an app or feature through Windows defenders firewall"
  3. Click on "Allow another app"
  4. Click on "Browse" and locate Rista Files (C:\Rista Sales).
